At the end of 2017, Joyerias Bizzarro, the retail business part of Grupo DAISA, started designing and planning their Cloud Adoption Strategy as a result of a combination of two factors, the End of Life of their On Premises Infrastructure and the need to expand their Ecommerce capabilities. Joyerias Bizzarro was convinced that it would be very difficult to keep the pace of growth and innovation without a more flexible and scalable approach to their demanding computing needs. In addition to that, the other companies of Grupo DAISA ( Manufacturing, Real State and Consultancy Services ) required and demand more computing power to keep their businesses running.

As their business needs grow with the expansion of more branch offices and ecommerce , Joyerias Bizzarro faced the need for a more agile, flexible and cost effective solution to their computing needs.

As their On Premises Infrastructure reached its End of Life, the plan for migration was executed with priorities assigned according to business needs.
